The cute capital of the Podkarpacie region is welcoming tourists for more than 600 years. Its centre is certainly more beautiful during summer than in winter but I was nevertheless impressed. The small airport and the new flights from Ryanair, as an example, help a bit bringing tourism to the area. I'd say a day-trip is enough to visit almost everything but a weekend is also valid if you want to explore further ground. The Lubomirski Castle is located a few minutes walk south from the main shopping street and in direction of the Wislok River. Many memorials of old battles, like the Revolutionary Act Monument, can be found in the old town or in the parks close by.
