CRÈME DE LA CRÈME

Mount Pilatus is the best Lucerne can offer any tourist. Overlooking the city, Pilatus is a 2128m high mountain in middle of Switzerland. It has several peaks, of which the highest called Tomlishorn, and is located about 1.3km to the southeast of the top cable car and cog railway station. The cable car ride is a bit expensive, fee costs 60€, but quite normal for Swiss standards. Forgetting the money issue, it is totally worth the price, when you think about the stunning views of its surroundings, lakes and over Lucerne.

Tip: go on a sunny winter day!
