A PLACE TO SLEEP

After the visit to Liechtenstein, I found myself in need of a place to spend the night. About 30min by car from Vaduz and just on the other side of the Austrian border, I found the small and historic town Feldkirch. At that time I was doing a short road trip throughout Switzerland with a friend, and it was quite easy to move between towns. Here I had the feeling that time froze and tourists don't come that often, even more during the winter season. Like most traditional villages, you can find nice-looking buildings in the midpoint of town. A fortress called Schattenburg, situated 480m and above a tunnel, is also nearby as well as the Katzenturm, which was part of the city wall as a defense tower.
